At WebTenx, we strive to provide high-quality web design, development, and digital services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be considered.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of a project before work has commenced.
If the cancellation request is received before any work has started, a refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or processing charges incurred.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The project has not yet started.
- Payment was made in error or duplicated.
- WebTenx is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to WebTenx.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following payments are non-refundable:
Advance payments once project work has commenced.
- Domain registration fees.
- Web hosting fees.
- SSL certificate fees.
- Third-party software, plugins, themes, or licenses purchased on behalf of the client.
- SEO, digital marketing, content creation, or consultation services already delivered.
- Completed milestones or completed project phases.
4. Change of Mind
No refund will be provided if the client changes their mind after project commencement or after approval of the project proposal.
5. Project Delays Due to Client
If project progress is delayed because the client fails to provide content, feedback, approvals, or required information within a reasonable time, no refund shall be applicable.
6. Service Quality Concerns
If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage them to contact us so that we can make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue before considering any refund request.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ14 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
8. Chargebacks
Clients are encouraged to contact WebTenx directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.
9. Policy Updates
WebTenx reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
